This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to ticket purchases and donations made through the Congregation Yemei Teshuva website and mail and in person

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Congregation Yemei Teshuva is an independent, third-party organization and is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, or formally affiliated with Boca West Country Club or any of its entities.

All programs, services, ticketing, communications, and operations of Congregation Yemei Teshuva are conducted independently. References to Boca West are used solely for geographic identification of the community we serve and the location of our High Holy Day services.

1. Tickets for High Holy Day Services

All tickets purchased for High Holy Day services are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Due to the seasonal nature of our services and the advance planning required, we are generally unable to offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

2. Transfers and Exceptions

• Tickets may be transferable at our discretion. Any transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance.

• In limited circumstances, exceptions may be considered for hardship or extraordinary situations. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of Congregation Yemei Teshuva.

3. Service Changes or Cancellation by Congregation Yemei Teshuva

In the unlikely event that Congregation Yemei Teshuva must cancel or materially modify services due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events), we reserve the right to:

• Offer a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement, or

• Apply ticket value toward a future service, where appropriate

Any such determination will be made in good faith and communicated to ticket holders.

4. Donations

All donations made to Congregation Yemei Teshuva are voluntary and non-refundable, as permitted by law.

Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable contributions unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Congregation Yemei Teshuva does not store full payment card details.

Any payment disputes must be submitted promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.

7. Policy Updates
